Visuals Proposal - Wind Law

Apex Media LLC excels at developing brands through elevating visual content in a dynamic and approachable way. The company will create headshots, group photos, and environmental portraits that will aid in the success of Wind Law, to include a family photo for use on a billboard. The firm will be granted unlimited usage/licensing.


The photoshoot will take place in multiple locations and will result in 50-75 images that will include:


  • Billboard photos: One family portrait with three children to be used for a billboard advertisement.
  • Headshots: One vertical and one horizontal studio lit headshot for each member of the firm.
  • Group photos: Four to six group photos of the lawyers and associates.
  • Environmental portraits: One vertical and one horizontal portrait for each member of the firm with a to be determined location as the background.


Proposed project budget: This project is estimated to cost $4,000 in total which will cover up to four hours of photography, equipment fee, creative fee, editing/retouching, and unlimited usage/licensing. This includes the scope of work above; there are no additional fees or costs.


Terms and conditions: These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Wind Law and Apex Media LLC. The amount is subject to increase if the scope of work or duration expands beyond the deliverables or expectancy. Upon payment, Apex Media LLC will grant unlimited usage/licensing of the deliverables to Wind Law. In case of termination, the client will pay a termination fee equal to $1,000 to the Apex Media LLC.


Project timeline: After an agreement is reached, Apex Media LLC will spend no more than one hour on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 when the family photo will be made. The estimated delivery date for the family photo is Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Apex Media LLC will spend no more than three hours on a future date to make headshots, group photos, and environmental portraits. The project completion date is approximately 14 days after the day of the second shoot.
