Apex Media excels at developing brands through elevating visual content in a dynamic and approachable way. The company will create headshots, group photos, and environmental portraits that will aid in the success of Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata and Siegel’s new website launch. The firm will be granted unlimited usage/licensing.

The photoshoot will take place in one location and will result in 50-75 images that will include:

• Headshots: One vertical and one horizontal studio lit headshot for each member of the firm. Up to two looks per person.
• Group photos: Four to six group photos of the firm’s four partners.
• Environmental portraits: Up to 10 posed “working” photos in and around the firm’s office.

Proposed project budget: This project is estimated to cost $5,600 in total which will cover up to eight hours of photography, equipment fee, creative fee, editing/retouching, and usage/licensing (unlimited).

Terms and conditions: These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata and Siegel and Apex Media. The amount is subject to increase if the scope of work or duration expands beyond the deliverables or expectancy. Upon payment, the deliverables will become the property of Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata and Siegel. In case of termination, the client will pay a termination fee equal to $1,000 to the company.

Project timeline: After an agreement is reached, Apex Media will spend no more than eight consecutive hours on an agreed upon date when all photographs will be made. The estimated completion date is approximately 30 days after the day of the shoot.
