At Apex Media, we excel at developing brands through elevating visual content in a dynamic and approachable way. We use a portable studio setup to create dynamic headshots and action portraits of your athletes to fit your brand. With our decades of experience photographing sports, we know how to capture peak moments and exciting fan reactions on game day.

Game day coverage will include:

• Warm ups: Players stretching/practicing, huddles, and walk outs.
• Game action: Peak action moments that highlight the athleticism of your athletes.
• Fan reactions: Student section cheering, fans in university colors, mascot interactions.
• Venue stock: University branded areas, promotional materials, wide arena photos

Pricing

Studio photography: Headshot and action portrait sessions are $500/hour with a two hour minimum. We provide and set up all studio equipment. Game ball, attire, and additional props are supplied by the university.

Game day: Our game day coverage begins at $150/hour with a two hour minimum. Drone photography can be added for an additional $150/game.

Video production: Team introductions, jersey reveals, recruitment and hype videos begin at $1,000 for a 30 second video and increase by $500 for every additional 30 seconds.

Timeline: Game day photos will be delivered at halftime, as well as within 20 minutes of the end of the game. A fully gallery will be sent within a week. Studio images and video delivery dates will be addressed on a case by case basis.

All pricing includes equipment fees, creative fees, and editing/retouching.

Terms and conditions: These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with the university and Apex Media. Pricing is subject to increase if the scope of work or duration of the shoot expands beyond the deliverables or expectancy. The university will be granted unlimited usage/licensing.
