Pricing

Still Photography: Single recruit action portrait sessions are $1,000 for up to one hour of shoot time. We provide and set up all studio equipment. Game ball, attire, and additional props are supplied by the university. If multiple recruits are being photographed in one day, each shoot will be $750.

Video production: Hype videos of up to one minute begin at $1,000 and increase by $500 for every additional 30 seconds. Song choice will be selected by the university and sent to Apex Media ahead of the shoot date.

Timeline: Fully-edited photos will be delivered within 24 hours of the end of the shoot. Videos up to two minutes will be delivered within 48 hours of the end of the shoot.

Included: All pricing includes equipment fees, creative fees, and editing/retouching.

Terms and conditions: These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with the university and Apex Media. Pricing is subject to increase if the scope of work or duration of the shoot expands beyond the deliverables or expectancy. The university will be granted unlimited usage/licensing.
